This is the continuation to the story of Business Thieves. Pugazhendhi thought that he was fully out of the case. But he finds that he is not too far from the business thieves.They are after him.

 

Chapter 20: A Closer boundary circle

Date: 20th July 2012, Friday

Place: Pazhamathur

 

Pugazhendhi and Manilal Mehta returned to the Police station at 7.40 p.m.

Manilal Mehta gave a written complaint about his missing diamonds.

 

After giving the complaint, Manilal Mehta left the police station.

Pugazhendhi went to his home at 8.30 p.m.

 

The day was very long for him.

He cooked chapattis and ate them with sugar.

 

The time was around 9.30 p.m. when his mobile phone got ringing.

He took and saw the mobile phone.

 

The call was from Prabhu.

He answered the call, “Hello”

 

Prabhu asked, “What are you doing, how was the day?”

Pugazhendhi said, “It was a very long day”

 

Prabhu asked, “Why man?”

Pugazhendhi said, “We got another theft case”

 

Prabhu asked, “What? How? And Where?”

Pugazhendhi said, “A jewel merchant’s diamonds are missing”

 

Prabhu asked, “What is the worth of the missing diamonds?”

Pugazhendhi said, “More than Rs.1 Crore”

 

Prabhu exclaimed,”Oh! My God”

Pugazhendhi said, “The strategy of entering the house through ventilator got used here”

 

Prabhu asked, “Where is the location?”

Pugazhendhi said,”Sampathinallur”

 

Prabhu asked, “Why did he keep the diamonds there?”

Pugazhendhi said, “It was one of his houses and he is doing many businesses”

 

Prabhu said, “It looks like that of the previous case”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, in both the cases, the business man’s secret houses got found out”

 

Pugazhendhi added, “And attacked”

Prabhu said, “Yes”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Not only that, the usage of welding machine tool to open the iron bureau”

Pugazhendhi added, “Is common in both the cases”

 

Prabhu asked, “How the cuboids could carry a welding machine tool?”

Pugazhendhi said, “It could be in its internal design”

 

Prabhu said, “I don’t get you”

Pugazhendhi said, “Last time we know that knives were a part of the internal design of the

Monkey robots”

 

Prabhu said,”Oh! Then you mean to say, the monkeys are capable of cutting an iron bureau by emitting welding fire”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes, the monkey robots now used for theft got upgraded from the prior

Types”

 

Prabhu said,”mmm… with extra features”

Pugazhendhi said,”mmm….yes I am sure about that”

 

Prabhu asked, “So, what are you going to do next?”

Pugazhendhi said, “I have still not reported the case of missing diamonds to Kannan sir”

Prabhu said, “Why?”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “I came home at 8.30 p.m. only”

Prabhu said, “Daily they are giving you a case”

 

Pugazhendhi said, “Until Monday, I need to wait”

Prabhu said,”hmmm…I will come tomorrow”

 

Pugazhendhi asked, “At what time you will be coming?”

Prabhu said, “I will come in the evening”

 

Pugazhendhi said,”Ok, I will guide you to your rented house”

Prabhu said,”mmm…yes”

 

Prabhu said, “I will sleep in the day time of Monday”

Pugazhendhi said, “For what?”

 

Prabhu said, “In the night I am going to go rounds”

Pugazhendhi said,”Oh! Are you going to catch the thieves?”

 

Prabhu said, “No, I will roam around and if I find any evidence, I will inform you”

Pugazhendhi said, “Don’t do like that”

 

Prabhu said, “Why?”

Pugazhendhi said, “If you go alone and get into some trouble, then I have to attend it”

 

Prabhu said,”hmmm…then what will I do?”

Pugazhendhi said, “I will also come with you”

 

Prabhu said, “Great idea”

Pugazhendhi said, “I will come to your room on Sunday morning”
Pugazhendhi added, “We will have our food and spend the full day for sleep”

Prabhu said, “So, in the night we will be awake”

Pugazhendhi said, “Yes if luck favours us, we will track them”

 

Prabhu asked, “How do you say”

Pugazhendhi said, “Because, all the incidents are occurring in a closer boundary circle”

 

Prabhu said,”mmm…ok”
